Future of the Organization

Dear SODC Community,

The Advisory Committee would like to propose a new approach to managing the organization.

The organization will be managed by 3 to 4 leadership positions. The County Director (fka Local Coordinator) will serve as the liaison to Special Olympics Ohio and be responsible for overall coordination. The remaining roles of Sports and Fundraising Coordinator or Coordinators will support the Director and be responsible for all aspects of their specific function. All leadership positions are required to be members of the Advisory Committee. Candidates interested in one of the leadership positions must send a letter of intent to the SODC mailbox (info@sodcoh.org) no later than September 29 to be considered.
